I have always been treated very personally and I am grateful for everything that has been done for me

The nurse was condescending and didn't give clear instructions with use of the scale, I stepped on the wrong one because she didn't tell which one. Then I stepped on the right one and it didn't work so she directed me to step on the other one that I originally choose. I had to be the one to suggest that we give it another try because I wanted the best reading for my care and sure enough it worked the second time. She came off as a very controlling person with no sense of humor whatsoever. Didn't listen to my answers to questions as I had to keep repeating myself.

I thoroughly enjoy Stephanie. She has great knowledge. Is understanding and compassionate and at the same time, she gently challenges your next step. She's a pleasure to have as my provider!

I enjoy seeing Steph and appreciate her quality care. I trust her judgement.

Everyone there did a great job. I felt like I could speak about my weight loss and I also did lose weight so that made me really happy and I'm thankful for everybody there.
