Everyone was very understanding and worked hard to make sure I was comfortable. They assessed the situation and explained my options and proceeded to remove the fishing lure from my finger. What a delightful group of people to work with!!! I am thankful for the efficiency they provided.

Very caring and professional

Too much involved with e-check in with EVERY appointment. If insurance doesn't change why must that process have to occur every time?? It's excessive. I also turned of reminders of appts and bills.as those were excessive. It almost feels like you're being pestered.

Dr Larson was very patient listening to my concerns.

My provider, Stacey, is amazing. She is almost like my best friend, my confidant. She takes care of all my needs, both physical, mental, and I would never trust another doctor with my body as much as I trust her. She's amazing.

Great staff

Dr Stacey was so friendly and knowledgeable she actually listened and made me feel like I was of important not just a complainer. And dug into my problem. It's been 14 years and I hate to go to the Dr thinking I was truly not in pain . That why I never went because they seem to brush it off like it was nothing but she listen and gave me some paper to tell and help support my issue .

I really, really love the system of Gundersen Hospital and Clinic. They do an excellent job. I wish I would have joined earlier than I have. And my son is the one that told me that I should go to Gundersen because he had the same experience that I have. And so thank you so much. You're so efficient, so wonderful.
