The nurse that took me to my room wasn't as personable as other nurses I've had throughout my time with Gundersen/Emplify - didn't make any sort of small talk other than asking how I was when she first called my name; she didn't make any conversation at all the whole way back to the exam/procedure room and once in the room she took my blood pressure and said she was going to get the Dr. She was in the room during my procedure and seemed very knowledgeable as far as doing everything she was supposed to and assisting the Dr with the supplies/equip/tools she needed during the procedure. So, as far as the ability to do her job, she seemed very good. Just didn't seem very personable, she wasn't rude or anything like that, just didn't give me a very warm feeling in the midst of my nervousness about the procedure. But, I also fully understand that not everyone is as personable, and is likely more focused on the task at hand.

Dr. Schilling is a wonderful doctor. She listens, she's very careful, she asks questions, and she explains very well. Where we had problems was with getting into my chart, had a terrible time with that. Hopefully, they've worked with me now this week. Hopefully, it will go better. Thank you.

Dr Schilling is really a knowledgeable doctor, she always takes the time to explain and is also excellent when it comes to knowing her medications.

As always, another good visit with Dr. Schilling. I love how she listens, treats each child as a person and talks to them, not just to the parent.

This provider listened to me, explained everything and what I was to take as medication and do. I have gotten frustrated with other providers as I felt like I was not being listened to and they just wanted to move me along and get on to the next patient / appointment
