Shelby and the nurses always do a great job.

Shelby is very good with me, she explains things very well and let's me know what options I have and the pros and cons of each, very good with me as a patient.

My appt. was the best in it was on time,the PA was excellent, the exam was very informative.

I really appreciated the information that I got on the aftercare and how I go back assessing being able to see Shelby again. She explained all that very well as to who I see, when, what, and what permissions I need to do to get to different departments. The explanation she gave on things was great. Thank you.

I expected to receive more advice on how to manage my condition, such as a pamphlet or online video. I feel I have to research on my own and am not sure I'm finding the most accurate information about knee issues and whether or not to have a replacement.

I could have used a printed summary with directions for my wound care but I messaged on My Chart and was provided with what I needed

Appreciate her stepping in to help when my scheduled provider was stuck in a meeting and going to be a very long wait for my quick injection appointment.

Shelby showed me my xrays, carefully explained them, and I learned so much that was incredibly helpful. She offered some recommendations of what I might want to try to help myself. She was very personable and interested in me as a whole person, not just a patient with a specific concern. Summing up .... she was terrific!

This was my first visit to the new Gundersen Hospital, I did not like the old location that was behind Home Depot - that is where I had and appointment and where I got an infection.

I was ordered an MRI and I can't get in for 2 months and 2 weeks. As far as I am concerned, this is unacceptable. When a person is in pain, they need to know what is wrong with them and get treatment, not wait for over 2 months.

Couldn't have asked for better care. Every person I interacted with was totally professional and positive. Highly recommend.

I noticed there were footstools in the waiting room at the Onalaska clinic which is great. There are none in the therapy dept. waiting room at the Winona clinic and I am miserable while I wait for my therapist.

It doesn't seem reasonable that the patient is required to be 15 minutes early when you don't see the provider until 30-45 minutes from the scheduled time. Is my time not important?

Shelby explained pain management alternatives carefully. It was obvious she cares about my dealing with pain.

It takes a long time to get an appointment. It took a month to get in to get my knees looked at. Meanwhile I was in pain for over a month.

My visit with Dr. Bernard was very positive. I was nervous about getting cortisone injections in my knees, but she made me feel more comfortable about it. And after it was done, I actually didn't mind the experience at all, so I would very positive if I had to see her again, which I think I'm probably going to have to. So that's about all I have. Experience was very good but surprised that time wasn't taken to ask me to demonstrate my ROM and to feel for the "clunking" that I was questioning. Not a big deal, but just surprised.
