Everyone was very friendly and took the time to explain things to me throughly. Shelby made sure I understood my options before my x-rays and shots. She showed me my condition on x-ray and explained so that I understood.

Shelby is always a delight to see! She is calm, efficient and skilled at giving an injection some might find very disturbing. However, I do not have problems with needles and the pain of the injection is brief. Shelby is good at talking through it so distracts one from the pain of the injection. I once had an injection in my knee from another provider in Winona and it was more unpleasent.

Why is my chart so had for old people to use. I did not want a pin. But you alway want to make me use one.? Make it simple to use.

I've had a lot of X-rays done and would like to know why I can't see the actual pictures.

Shelby was very good at explaining what was going to happen plus keeping me distracted while giving me my injection! I am very happy and impressed with her.

I would have liked getting in sooner. I specifically wanted my provider but was offered sooner appointment with other providers.

Provider was running 30 minutes late. That was not convenient at all.

Shelby was absolutely wonderful. Concerned , caring and extremely thorough. I am confident I could not get better care anywhere else.

1- I absolutely love Shelby. She is a caring person who really listening to patients & puts them at ease before doing procedures. 2- this has nothing to do with the ortho appt. I actually do not like using mychart. I would much rather have a letter. A letter reminding me I need to make an appt or with test results. I missed making a cardio appt until another Dr asked when I was seeing them because it was past due.

I really appreciate Shelby's straightforward approach. She was very efficient and I was in and out of the room in a few short minutes. Thank you Shelby!

My chart is difficult to use after the "improvement ". I only use it if I have to.

Shelby is very good with me, she explains things very well and let's me know what options I have and the pros and cons of each, very good with me as a patient.

My appt. was the best in it was on time,the PA was excellent, the exam was very informative.

I really appreciated the information that I got on the aftercare and how I go back assessing being able to see Shelby again. She explained all that very well as to who I see, when, what, and what permissions I need to do to get to different departments. The explanation she gave on things was great. Thank you.

I expected to receive more advice on how to manage my condition, such as a pamphlet or online video. I feel I have to research on my own and am not sure I'm finding the most accurate information about knee issues and whether or not to have a replacement.

I could have used a printed summary with directions for my wound care but I messaged on My Chart and was provided with what I needed

Appreciate her stepping in to help when my scheduled provider was stuck in a meeting and going to be a very long wait for my quick injection appointment.

Shelby showed me my xrays, carefully explained them, and I learned so much that was incredibly helpful. She offered some recommendations of what I might want to try to help myself. She was very personable and interested in me as a whole person, not just a patient with a specific concern. Summing up .... she was terrific!

This was my first visit to the new Gundersen Hospital, I did not like the old location that was behind Home Depot - that is where I had and appointment and where I got an infection.

I was ordered an MRI and I can't get in for 2 months and 2 weeks. As far as I am concerned, this is unacceptable. When a person is in pain, they need to know what is wrong with them and get treatment, not wait for over 2 months.

Couldn't have asked for better care. Every person I interacted with was totally professional and positive. Highly recommend.

I noticed there were footstools in the waiting room at the Onalaska clinic which is great. There are none in the therapy dept. waiting room at the Winona clinic and I am miserable while I wait for my therapist.

It doesn't seem reasonable that the patient is required to be 15 minutes early when you don't see the provider until 30-45 minutes from the scheduled time. Is my time not important?

It takes a long time to get an appointment. It took a month to get in to get my knees looked at. Meanwhile I was in pain for over a month.

Every one was polite and helpful! Awesome bunch of people!

My visit with Dr. Bernard was very positive. I was nervous about getting cortisone injections in my knees, but she made me feel more comfortable about it. And after it was done, I actually didn't mind the experience at all, so I would very positive if I had to see her again, which I think I'm probably going to have to. So that's about all I have.
