Shayna D Pankratz, APNP

This was my second time seeing Shayna, and I felt very comfortable with her. Knowledeable and I sensed she does a lot of reading and research to provide her patients with up-to-date information on health topics and common concerns.

With my chart, I always have to change the password when I want to log in. It never recognizes the password that I set. Also, during my visit with S. Pankratz, she was documenting the visit and writing that I denied on the questions she was asking. I should have asked her why she was using the word deny, when I was telling the truth. It was confusing for me.

I noticed A LOT of dust on the floor under the exam table as I was waiting for my provider to come in. The kind of dust that's been accumulating awhile! The clinic should have a cleanliness standard higher than that! I liked my provider but the physical exam was minimal which seems to be a trend with newer providers; skin, mole, swelling etc can't be assessed when a patient is fully clothed. Everyone was very nice and courteous from check in to check out. All my concerns were addressed and labs discussed.

Shayna Pankratz is a treasure to your medical staff!

Shayna is fabulous. She answered all of my questions and understood the very stressful life I've had the past 1 1/2 years and agreed to let me work on my lifestyle to bring down necessary numbers vs. going to medication. I so appreciate her honestly.

It was a great visit.NP seems to be very nice.

I feel like I could have skipped the appointment and went to the department I will be going to next. I guess I didn't get that much out of it.

I am not typically a patient of Shayna and I am grateful she was able to see me. She listened to my concerns and helped with a plan. Her personality wasn't very warm. I felt like I was just another person to get checked off a to do list.

I told them before I went I did not want blood works. I'm scared of needles. The nurse told me there won't be any. Got in there and first thing the doctor said was I need blood work. I left immediately very upset that I paid for Doctor visit I would have never went to!

Yet again I had another persons medications on my chart even though I have a password on my chart. I was NOT asked for the password at check-in. No wonder her stuff is constantly on my chart even though Regarding the NP, I think I waited longer in the waiting room than she spent with me. She pretty much talked over every word I said. I very rarely give reviews but I felt this needed to be said.

It was off the charts!!

I really enjoy the friendly staff there and there clinic is very clean and I don't feel like im at a clinic. More like a at home experience.

I came from a system that uses "My Chart" and it was very confusing when I tried to get my med records transferred to GUNDERSEN "My Chart". Both sides wanted the other group to initiate getting the records. It did get done but it was painful.

Shayna Pankratz is amazing!! She really listens to a patient's individual needs and considers all aspects of their health when making decisions about their care.

I didn't feel like my wellness exam was very thorough. Felt fast and not what I'm used to in the past. No skin check and didn't feel like my provider who I was establishing care with had looked at my chart at all prior to seeing me.

Very happy with my care from Shayna. She was prompt, courteous, caring, and asked good questions.

The check in staff appeared visibly overwhelmed and rude to multiple patients. I understand we have a different platform for epic. However, they seemed they didn't know where to look for certain things the check in process took much longer made many people late and then the checkout process. The person who helped me seemed extremely irritated having to check me out and having to look for certain things like it could've been an off day, but it just seemed they all seemed a little off.

This was an amazing experience. I felt heard, that she was documenting everything. Made me feel that she was working with me and my concerns. She went above and beyond. I wish all health care practitioners were like her. I will definitely be back and tell anyone and everyone about what a wonderful experience I had thank you

Dr. Was very patient and really listened to my needs. It was the best experience I've had at an annual primary care visit in a long time! She's amazing.

Shayna is a very down-to-earth, kind provider, I look forward to continuing my care with her. She is a great listener and I can tell she thinks outside the box. What an asset she will be to Emplify.

I'd like the ability to do video/phone visits from Minnesota (other providers do at different locations without issue). I dont get notifications when letters come into MyChart so I tend to miss important information. I'm also saddened to hear that Gundersen doesn't provide its new providers with health insurance immediately but rather make them and their families wait a month for coverage to begin. This is unacceptable, especially for a medical facility.

Provider didn't seem to chart prep, had no idea of my medical history such as what medications I took, she seemed like a new provider will change providers to someone who knows about my health prior to me coming to the appointment

NP Shayna was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. It was a very pleasant experience.

Shayna and the staff were really great. The front desk girls were very sweet. It was a very nice process. I've never been at Gunderson before. I felt like I was listened to and I was a little grateful for the person counseling behind me that gave my physician more time to listen to my needs and address them. And I had a lot and I'm sorry. But Shayna is great, and so are the nurses and the front desk staff. I'm very, very grateful for everybody involved. It's a great process from start to finish.

Mychart is now a pain to use with the extra password

I typically see a different provider but she had to be out of the clinic that day. I was very happy with the provider I saw.
