MY doctor experience was great but the new echeck in was not what I will be doing again. I have always checked in on the computer but this last time discouraged me from continuing using echeck in.

For the breathing test, I would suggest that the hand sanitizer be fragrance free.

SHARON BARNHART was absolutely SPECTACULAR. She took the time needed to be very thorough and listened to me carefully. She reviewed previous test results, etc. She clearly knew her stuff. I cannot rate her highly enough.

Everything was great except the check-in process that I rated as a six. It wasn't because of you guys. It was because on my end, I don't know what it was. My phone wasn't letting me check in. Evidently, I no longer know my MyChart information and it should have been a zero for me and a 10 for you guys because I'm sure it was me. I was frustrated. So anyway, sorry about that. But everything else was good. Thank you so much. Goodbye.

Sharon has my best interest in mind when working with me. She gave me lots to think about this time.

I've asked to be switched to another provider before and nobody would switch me. This is the third time I've had complications with this provider, listening to my needs asked before to be switched to different medication's because mine do not feel like they are working and she continues to not listen to how I feel she questions my diagnosis from different state.

Provider did not listen, was argumentative, dismissive and cared little for my opinion.

The people at Gundersen, La Crosse, have never failed to provide professional and friendly service. Thank you!

The surroundings were pleasant, the people were extremely nice and knowledgeable all the way from the greeter, receptionist, nurse, and NP. Even some of the patients were quite pleasant helping with elevator rides and directions.

Sharon listened to my concerns with going forward with my treatment plan. I felt very comfortable discussing it with her. We went through the pros/cons and came up with a good solid plan. She was nonjudgemental of my concerns/thoughts. She is a very caring physician.

every thing went fine, I understood what I needed to do because she explained things to me. Also, when I went to se her I had a cold and she helped me with antibiotics so I could keep my infusion appt.
