Wholeheartedly appreciate Shanelle's time with me. She's authentic, patient, thorough, transparent, understanding, and empathetic. I don't often leave a doctor's office feeling heard and confident in next steps, but I definitely did after my visit with Shanelle.

My appointment was an hour late.

Nurse put my blood pressure iny file as 137/96. I read 137/79 on the machine.

Shanelle discussed everything with me at my appointment. She followed up on the issues I was having with CVM and talked with them. I was scheduled for a CT scan immediately. I am very satisfied with how everything went concerning my appointment. Thank you.
