With a very active lifestyle, having a complex ankle fracture that was repaired overseas was quite worrisome. Dr. Bassuener explained why the repair i received abroad was good & set a plan going forward that will allow me to resume my active lifestyle. Thank you!

I waited a long time in the waiting room to see the provider. It appears there is a shortage of staff. No one told me I would have to wait this long at the waiting room. My pain meds were wearing off.

Dr. Bassuener has provided me a path to return to a lifestyle where I can relearn to walk with my new stiff knee. After 14 surgeries and 8 months of hospitals, physical rehab, total bedrest weeks, not walking at all and wondering what would become of my life, I'm now back at my home with my husband. Everyone at Gundersen has provided wonderful, personal care and support during this difficult time!

The bathroom s were clean, and the waiting area was clean. Let the staff know, that their also doing a great job. This doesn't go unnoticed.

It was a nice feeling that it seemed like Dr. B really felt like he cared about. You can't put a price tag on care like his, he was so wonderful.

I usually go to Mayo Clinic, but I went to Gunderson, and it was beyond wonderful experience. And the doctor was beyond, beyond wonderful. Would recommend the whole facility to anybody. Thanks. Bye.

Dr. B was very thorough and took a great amount of time explaining everything to my husband and myself. He was very kind and patient and reassuring that I made the right decision to going through with the procedure.

My, I got the most wonderful care that anybody could expect to get. And my, I would say it was excellent. And I am far, I'm really doing well. And it's only, it's been five weeks today or tomorrow. So I'm doing extremely well. So thank you.

The doc is terrific. I'd recommend him to anybody. He's very fortunate to be taken care of by him. The only reason I left in nine was that when I tried to log in on your website to get to this questionnaire a couple days ago, it wouldn't let me in. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I entered with some anxiety, and left with peace of mind. Patients, aren't just numbers at Gundersen. You leave feeling cared for. An over-all GOOD experience. Thank you for your empathy.
