As far as the online my chart thing .... ya'll need to get rid of those time wasting ridiculous questions near the end - like I think it was under "social" (?) or something like that. Also... take away all the constant shot reminders. Tell a person one time that you suggest "the flu shot, or whatever"....then stop. I mean good Lord - enough already. The continual badgering about "get this, do that" - come on - folks know what they need and what they want. No need to push, push, push. Anyway - ya'll asked - so there's my opinion. BUT.... as far as my doctor and the actual office visit - WOW very pleased - great guy - Dr. B is just really, REALLY helpful and easy to understand.

Dr Bassuener thoroughly explained everything he saw in the x-ray in terms that were easily understandable. We discussed procedure and a timeline for moving forward and future follow up appointments.

Dr Bassuener is wonderful. Very patient with all the questions and concerns I had about my broken arm.

With a very active lifestyle, having a complex ankle fracture that was repaired overseas was quite worrisome. Dr. Bassuener explained why the repair i received abroad was good & set a plan going forward that will allow me to resume my active lifestyle. Thank you!

I don't know what happened that day but I got put it in roo. 15 minutes went by and nobody never came in the room so I left works experienced ever

I waited a long time in the waiting room to see the provider. It appears there is a shortage of staff. No one told me I would have to wait this long at the waiting room. My pain meds were wearing off.

Dr. Bassuener has provided me a path to return to a lifestyle where I can relearn to walk with my new stiff knee. After 14 surgeries and 8 months of hospitals, physical rehab, total bedrest weeks, not walking at all and wondering what would become of my life, I'm now back at my home with my husband. Everyone at Gundersen has provided wonderful, personal care and support during this difficult time!

The bathroom s were clean, and the waiting area was clean. Let the staff know, that their also doing a great job. This doesn't go unnoticed.
