Dr Carrington has been my foot Dr for few yrs now and always listens and seeks the best way to go

It was a good experience. Fast and almost no waiting. All employees were friendly .

Everything on my medical visit went very smoothly. Presented with plan that was explained well, all questions answered, and appt was thorough and efficient.

I never take for granted the quality of care that all of you provide. Thanks

When setting up the appointment with Emplify employee I explained them that I need VA referral before I can have the appointment. This employee decided to remove the VA coverage for the appointment. I was able to get a referral before the appointment. Because this employee removed the VA coverage I was unable to checkin on MyChart until another Emplify employee was able to readd it back on.

Check-in / Check-out desk area was confusing.

Dr Carrington is AMAZING! He has almost literally given me a new foot! Not only is he a gifted surgeon, he is so personable an inspires confidence. He truly made me feel that my surgical success was important to him. When a patient is made to feel they are in it together with the surgeon, it is amazing. He is more than 10 out of 10. He is truly incredible!

Nurse appeared stressed.

Dr. Carrington is a wonderful provider and I hope one day he can get the electronic walking scanner we have chatted about at my appointments. He's a great asset

Haven't had a chance yet to view latest notes for visit. I was sent to East Bldg, 2nd floor. For appt but it was at one of the hospital 2md floor. Confusing but staff helped with a transport to and from the right place. Thanks for the help

Dr Carrington listens to my concerns and provides solutions that work for me. I appreciate the time he takes to listen and the concern that he has for my health and mobility.

Dr Carrington exudes confidence. This in turn gives me confidence going into my surgery.

Not happy about having my procedure done at UW Health in Madison when we have two hospitals in LA Crosse.

EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIME to see the provider. Noone even bothered to let me know about the hour long delay!

Scheduled for a CT scan a week from now, but then decided that taking an additional month to give me the results is acceptable is nothing short of disrespect and astonishing. We all know getting that call is just going to require me to need a other appointment....which is going to take another month to get. I'm not allowed to work until this is finally done with. Because of your lack of care, I'm going completely without an income for a MONTH just because you guys can't give me results for something sooner. It's beyond unacceptable.

This was the easiest appt...parking was a challenge as usual but everything else was smooth as silk, on time and treatment plan in place. I felt like Dr. Carrington had reviewed my chart and had a really good idea of the problem-which was great. I wish all appointments were this fluid!!!

I was unable to schedule my third post-op visit with Dr. Carrington in a timely manner. That adds another week to the time that I need to walk with a boot. I am disturbed by reports that my medical records will not be protected if I sign something to continue using MyChart.

Questionable help. Not fully sure recommendation will be overly helpful. No offer of follow up appointment to see how provided solution works.

I was not notified that X-rays would be scheduled before my appointment until several hours before the appointment and had to rearrange my schedule to make this possible. I would have rescheduled the appointment had I known that I needed an extra hour for X-rays. If I had not checked my texts, I would not have known I had X-rays. They were not in MyChart until that morning.

I truly appreciate Dr Carrington for his expertise and matter-of-fact approach with me. No frills, just takes care of the issues I'm having! Great guy and even better Doctor.

I'm coming to a doctor looking for expertise, not looking for a friend. However, when the expert treats you like a friend, it is truly a bonus! Dr. Carrington entered the room with a huge smile and ebullient greeting. He was a joy to work with and I have already recommended him to friends.
