    I just really like everyone at the Gunderson Group! I have never had a problem with anyone! I think all of you make a great team and I would definitely refer you to anyone!

    You need staff person(s) that we can call for problems using website. Check in questions aren't clear. I called and had to wait on hold 12 minutes to talk to one person, who had no answer, to put me to another person who said they had nothing to do...nor did they understand the problem within the check in questionnaire and could not answer my billing question. I called UHC and that was 2 more calls to get answers. Total time 1.5 hrs for a .5 telephone appointment

    Savannah was great. I found it very easy to open up to her. I look forward to talking with her again.
