Sarah is great!

The medical assistant was wonderful. I think we need to do a better job with weight checks and ask patients if they would like to see their weight prior to weighing them. Dr Sarah is amazing, per usual.

I arrived late to my appointment, but the team was very kind and accomodating.

Sarah is great. She is an excellent listener. She truly cares about her patients.

Sarah is always such a welcoming provider, its hard to only have to see her once or twice a year. She's so inviting, caring, and knowledgeable. I love when it comes times for my visits with her. I would recommend her as a family medicine provider to anyone.

Everything was okay

I would like to see directions for each visit, plainly spelled out. If my appointment will be with pulmonology in La Crosse I would like directions to take elevator E to the 4th floor as part of my appointment reminder.

I was impressed with the fact that I called my doctor and when I couldn't get in they gave me an appointment with another doctor and she was excellent and I only wish I could change primary doctors to her, she's a PA, and that's my only complaint. Otherwise everything went well. But there was a follow-up, I was kind of disappointed in that. Thank you.

Very helpful and always listens

We absolutely love Sarah. She takes such care in such time, remembers everything. She is top notch. We are literally changing our entire insurance so that we can stay with her as a provider.

This is not about the provider- she was great. Is there a way to change protocol to not release test results until a doctor has seen listed abnormalities? I know that others, like me, have struggled to navigate the results ourselves, and it ends up causing more stress before the doctor can even look at it.
