Sarah is phenomenal! We've seen her several times for both myself and my children. Even though she isn't our regular provider, we completely trust her. She takes the time to listen, never makes you feel rushed, and is so down-to-earth and easy to talk to. She's wonderful with kids-playful, engaging, and makes them feel comfortable right away. Sarah is thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her!

For some reason, when I tried to use My Chart to sign in when I arrived, it didn't work, so I just waited at the desk.

The medical assistant was wonderful. I think we need to do a better job with weight checks and ask patients if they would like to see their weight prior to weighing them. Dr Sarah is amazing, per usual.

Sarah is always such a welcoming provider, its hard to only have to see her once or twice a year. She's so inviting, caring, and knowledgeable. I love when it comes times for my visits with her. I would recommend her as a family medicine provider to anyone.

Everything was okay

I would like to see directions for each visit, plainly spelled out. If my appointment will be with pulmonology in La Crosse I would like directions to take elevator E to the 4th floor as part of my appointment reminder.

I was impressed with the fact that I called my doctor and when I couldn't get in they gave me an appointment with another doctor and she was excellent and I only wish I could change primary doctors to her, she's a PA, and that's my only complaint. Otherwise everything went well. But there was a follow-up, I was kind of disappointed in that. Thank you.
