Sarah Powell is very professional, personable, and caring. She listens well, especially coming from a patient who asks lots of questions. She seems to know her stuff in cardio topics, and I felt very satisfied when I left. She allowed me as much time as I needed to discuss my concerns. Sarah's a keeper!

I do not like going through my chart for everything. I had to call because my appointment got moved up and I needed directions and I had a hard time getting the right department for somebody who could give me directions once I got in the clinic. I can't believe you make people wait so long for an appointment for heart issues. And then I couldn't get a follow up with the same doctor that I saw because they use their time for surgeries that are needed. So the only person that you can see is a nurse practitioner and that changed because the one I had will be out of maternity leave once I was able to get a CT scheduled. That was not until August which seems like a long time to wait when you're experiencing chest tightness. Just saying, I think something needs to change with getting people into appointments sooner. And not just being on a call list.

NP Powell was very thorough and took the time necessary to answer my concerns. The other nurses were very efficient. All were very friendly.

My sister was also very impressed with the staff.

Both the care givers that were seeing my brother for the first time, definitely work as a team to make this appointment most efficient. A comprehensive plan to address my brother's needs was put in place and action is going to explore what we are actually dealing with in a timely manner. Scheduler was very respectful in asking if times were going to be possible since we are from out of town. We both let feeling we have an action plan to move ahead.

Dr Sarah and the 2 nurses that helped were amazing. Very thorough. Explained things very well and listened to me very well ! I was very happy with the whole experience with them !

Sarah explains things in a way that I can understand. This was my 2nd appointment with her. She is awesome.

I'm guessing that the medical team is understaffed and overbooked and this results in not being able to see to patients needs in a timely manner.

They were very thorough in reviewing my health hx. They asked questions to get a better understanding and listened. It wad refreshing not to leave an appointment feeling defeated.
