Dr. Brown is an excellent physician and I always look forward to my appointments. The downside is that she has way too many patients and her appointments have to be scheduled way in advance. You need to hire more family doctors to relieve the pressure.

Surprised how everything fell into place so quickly compared to usual.

I had a video appointment. I used my phone. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment to begin. Dr. Didn't come. I backed out of the page where I sat ready for the appointment, then the link disappeared. What are you supposed to do if that happens? There needed to be a way to alert someone, similar to walking up to the receptionist at the clinic, to let them know I was still waiting. It was very frustrating. I logged on at the 30 minute prior to appointment as recommended so on line 1 hour waiting.
