Parking at the East/Founders building was hugely lacking. Drove around at least 10 minutes before parking in a non-spot at end of a row. Even street parking was full. Why are there so many unused contract parking spaces near the building, always unused? It is never more than 1/3 full in all the visits I have been to this location? Waist of space and inconvenient for patients. Maybe it is time to add a ramp with at least another level or 2 of parking over the lot.

Dr. Brown is a wonderfully compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional doctor. I trust her completely. However, it is very difficult to get appointments for care. I wish she was more accessible. I have to schedule my physical a year in advance and see other Family Practice providers in the meantime if an issue arises because her schedule is too full. I miss the days when I could just see one PCP for my Family Practice-appropriate health needs.

Dr. Sarah Brown is great. My boys enjoy her as their doctor. She seems interested in them personally and as individuals and remembers things from past visits. I feel that she is someone we can go to if we ever have concerns about anything. I also appreciate that she is not pushy about anything, is another adult who can give good information, and we can work together for the best interest of my kids.

Rooming staff should be better educated on minor POA paperwork. I have this completed for all my children so that when my parents (children's grandparents) bring them to appointments, they can consent to treatments, vaccines, etc without staff having to call me for permission. However, very often MA staff call me to get permission to give my kids vaccines at the end of the visit even though the minor POA is there and giving permission. This causes me to be interrupted at work which is the biggest reason why the paperwork was done in the first place.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. As far as Dr. Sarah Brown, she is literally the best. She sits patiently and listens to your concerns/questions and does her best to answer each and every one. She offers her advice as to how to approach any referrals, tests, etc. She gives you, as the patient, the choice as to what you would like to do going forward, never pressuring. Bottom line is she LISTENS and makes you, as a patient, feel heard and that your concerns are warranted.

Dr. Sarah Brown is such wonderful person/doctor I'm so glad that she is my family practitioner..

The only issue that I had was that her medical assistant was new and he seemed to be in a hurry and he was kind of hard to understand because he talked so fast. So he should probably be told just to slow down a little bit when he does his job and if he's, you know, if he's stressed, if he's got that much to do where he can't slow down, then maybe he should have some help. It also seems that Dr. Brown is very busy. You can't get in a short-term appointment. She's always booked up. So you might want to hire a few more doctors in that department in family medicine. Thank you.

Dr. Sarah Brown treats me as I need to be treated. I KNOW that she cares about me, not just my health & well-being, but the whole of me. When she sees me I don't have to recap my health history to her, she's up to speed on me, I love that we can pickup where we left off last time and continue to move forward. I feel special when Sarah Brown is in the room with me.

I know it's not Dr's fault, but always feel rushed at appointments and don't feel I have time to really ask about things more in depth. With the Dr.'s beeper constantly going off and rushing around it just is like - hey , I waited a year to get in here and it's expensive even with insurance and I have to quickly summarize all issues over span of the year, it's not ideal for sure.

Dr. Brown is an excellent physician and I always look forward to my appointments. The downside is that she has way too many patients and her appointments have to be scheduled way in advance. You need to hire more family doctors to relieve the pressure.
