I specifically told my provider I had blood work done right before my appointment. I stated I wasn't sure if the results were back yet. She never looked. She ordered the same test to be done right after my appointment, which I did not know. I do not want to pay for her mistake. She was reluctant to look up details of my medications and asked me. I asked her if she could please look it up. I'm not sure she ever did. Very disappointing. However, she did seem through in other ways.
