This department ran on time. Everyone listened to me and answered all my questions. They were friendly and patient.

I'm a difficult person to satisfy and from check in to my final consult everyone addressed my human side. To me that's a big deal.......keep up the good work.

Doctor Clements was very kind and answered all my questions. She explained that I had dry eyes and helped me choose the appropriate drops. I was very pleased!

I will never do a video visit! Wish quartz paid more toward eyeglasses

Problems getting into. My Chart

I wish I could remember his name, but the technician who did my exam before the doctor saw me was just excellent! So personal, kind and enough humor to make me feel relaxed. Highly recommend him, A+ customer service.

First time visit with this provider (previous provider retired) and this new provider was wonderful. Very thorough, discussed some questions with her and she took her time with me to explain everything and felt very comfortable with her. Her tech was wonderful too .

First time seeing Dr. Clements and her nurse or assistant. Both were very cordial and professional.

Dr. Clements explains all the options well, and seems to care about my well being!

Using My Chart was not as easy as it had been . It changed to Emplifiy and it was harder to log into.

Charging for MyChart now is extremely disappointing. I think you can send messages for 7 days after an appointment but I think I should also get some complimentary to use through out the year. Maybe 4 one each quarter. Quartz is no longer the Gundersen I remember. It used to be patient first now it's a bunch of my chart messages hassling me before my appt to pay. I have insurance. It's unfortunate.

Dr. Sarah Clements is very knowledgeable, had a very efficient person working with her to prep me, and discovered a problem with my actual glasses immediately. The nose pieces were bent to wide apart and that kept the helpful part of the lens not in the proper place. I go to Onalaska just to see her. Dr. Clements has a great personality as well the as the know how.

Pharmacy related: MyChart for order prescriptions and tracking where they are in the mail is lacking what customer experience is with other mobile apps.

Everyone was so accommodating and made us feel welcome. My husband has dementia and Parkinson's so it can be a challenge at times. They took the time needed and treated him with respect and kindness.

Excellent encounter.

The only downside of my visit was the wait in the exam room between the time of my initial exam by a technician, and the meeting with the Doctor. The time between the technician leaving the exam room, and the Doctor entering the exam room was almost 25 minutes. The Doctor did apologize for the amount of time I had to wait, but the wait time I felt was a little excessive.

The check in area had a strong perfume presence which can trigger allergies.

Dr. Clements did great with my child. She talked to her directly to answer questions rather than relying on me as the parent. She listened attentively and made small talk to help ease the appointment as well. The person who did the eye exam prior to the provider was also amazing. You can tell both her and the provider are comfortable working with children. Thank you for making this experience great.

The check in questions seem excessive. It would be nice if there was an option to have one click if nothing has changed since last visit

Wow, I can say that Dr. Sarah Clements is one GREAT Doctor to work with! In addition to her cheerful exuberance, she has the professional knowledge combined with the ability to gauge a patients background and to discuss the exam results in a way that everyone can truly understand. And, at the same time establish a dialog back and forth such that all possible questions are answered. But, most of all, Dr. Clements goes far beyond what would be our understanding of a normally scheduled visit. She is certainly a perfect 10 out of 10 in our books.

the person that checked me in insisted I pay for my visit before leaving. said it isn't covered under insurance. the doctor told me not to worry about it, that the eye exam IS covered under medical and normal. Receptionist need a bit more training sometimes.

Actual experience was great. Trying to get a physical is not a good experience.

I wanted to look at sunglasses while waiting but couldn't find anyone to help. Found out later I needed to sign in to talk to someone. Didn't see anything telling me that.

Dr. Clements explains things in a way that I can understand. She is persistent in tracking issues with my eyes and purses any potential complication quickly. I like her and recommend her to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

The care team in the Onalaska eye clinic was very kind. I had called for a last-minute appt. and they got me in right away. Dr. Clements was excellent--she explained everything super well to me in terms I could understand. It was a very good experience, and I would come back to the eye clinic if I needed to.

Dr. Clements was wonderful. Vision can be tricky for me to understand, but she explained it in clear, simple terms, and it made sense! While I don't mind answering all the questions for the check in process, I would think once would be sufficient unless something has changed. I had more than one appointment and had to go through the whole question process each time. There must be a better way, other than refusing to respond at all.

The person whom checked me and examined my eyes before I saw my dr. in was extremely kind and respectful to me. I rarely feel so comfortable and safe around providers whom I have no already established trust with. Dr. Clements was professional, kind, thorough and provided excellent care. She took plenty of time to talk with me and the entire staff was outstanding. This was my first visit to Dr Clements after my previous provider retired and I couldn't be happier with my visit and with my new eye doctor.

Dr Clements is the "best". Awesome personality and aware of all of my health issues from my osteoarthritis to my basal cell carcinoma on my face. She thoroughly examined my eyes and studied my eye tests that were performed before seeing her. I am fortunate to be one of her patients.
