The provider was willing to help with another problem that had to do with a family member. I was relieved.

It seems that even though I do the e-check in on My Chart, I still end up answering a lot of the same questions again to both the nurse and doctor. It just seems very repetitive and why waste my time on MyChart?

I appreciated the opportunity to have a video appointment due to bad weather and roads.

San Thida was extremely helpful in explaining things I need to do for improving my health.

Texts ask me to reply 1 or 12 to confirm, however they now always fail to send. That was not always the case.

I thought the experience there was very helpful for me. I was actually a tad bit late and they took me in and I was so glad to be able to see Dr. THIDA and she was amazing and it's something that I really needed and the staff, the nurses, everything was perfect. So thank you very much.

Dr. Thida is the best provider I have ever seen! I was so impressed with her.....and I'm not easily impressed. She was kind, caring and so helpful and courteous. She has such a beautiful demeanor and bedside manner. I enjoyed her and liked her so much! She explained things thoroughly. She really listened to me. She is very empathic. I felt (and feel) so good about her.

My insurance is in-network but I am being asked to fill out a form that indicates my insurance is out of network through MyChart. If my MyChart is specific to me, then I wouldn't think this form would be in my account.

The pharmacy was steps away from the endocrine doctor I saw yet they are sending me to Cass Street for billing Medicare. Very inconvenient!

Yes, everybody did wonderful jobs. I couldn't ask for more. I'm kind of sad that I'm, that we're not good, that you are going to be changing and that because now I don't know what I'm going to be doing and that until we get some work, a social worker to work with us on something. I'm sorry about it, I mean, because I don't understand even why you're changing, but that you built a nice clinic here and that and everything. So, okay, but sorry. And that we'll be keeping up with our, until the end of the year anyway. Thank you.
