Personal Statement
I'm proud to be an Eau Claire native and excited to return to Wisconsin after spending the past 12 years away. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, our cat, as well as family and friends. I love anything outdoors, from being on the water to exploring the woods. At home, I'm happiest tending to my plants or rooting for the Green Bay Packers.

I would like to see it easier to open up my chart as I keep forgetting the password and I'd like to say that that Samantha, the girl that took care of my hearing aids did an excellent job and for the first time they were put together right thank her for me

we have made many trips to fix my hearing aids. they were sent in and they came back worse than they were. Not the fault of local people. They have been sent in again.

I still have difficulty opening My Chart for information.

When you send out My Chart notices to check in for appointments and we are to reply 1to 4 with our response, it never gets delivered!! I have complained about this, but it keeps happening. I don't have thus issue with any other texts, so it has to be in emplify's end. I then have to call to verify whether I will be keeping that appointment or need to cancel and reschedule.

I was very impressed with the expertise and knowledge for treatment of my dizziness!! So relieved with the treatment to balance my crystals and I walked out without any dizziness in 3weeks!!! Wonderful care!! She also explained the anatomy and what to do if symptoms returned. Great care!!!
