Check in and CNA were not very friendly

Dr. Knox & the team were great. I would recommend a process to verify if questionnaires have been completed via MyChart prior to handing parent the paper questionnaires upon check-in automatically. I caught this so did not have to duplicate, but was handed this automatically.

The first person at the front desk did not greet us right away. We stood there while he finished joking around with a colleague and then acknowledged us. Not a big deal, but awkward to stand there in front of him for a while without any recognition that we were there. The care team was great. Dr. Knox is thorough and did a great job explaining our options. Some was a little advanced for my child to understand, but I got it. If there's any constructive feedback I have it is to work on explaining immune response and reactions in a level that children can understand a little better. To her defense though, my kid did ask a complex question! We trust the care and recommendations from Dr. Knox.

Dr. Knox has always gone above and beyond any provider we have ever seen. She ensures all your questions are answered and future care instructions are understood. After every appointment she even walks us to the front desk to make our follow up appointment(s). Performing this action allowed her to notice my child about to faint after receiving a vaccine while I was working through the appointment process. Her care continued even after our appointment was completed while my child recovered from her negative reaction. We are extremely blessed to have her on our child's care team!

Dr. Knox is the best of the best! She is caring, compassionate, and so thoughtful when it comes to our daughters' care!

I feel like the whole pediatric staff there goes above and beyond to make the experience wonderful for the child! With a history of childhood asthma myself I dreaded taking my daughter in. After we started to have Samantha as a doctor it has been a totally different experience. I 100% recommend her for breathing problems. She's very knowledgeable, bubbly, and real.

Dr Knox is the best of the best. We have 8 kids and have seen all kinds of health care providers. She is no doubt the best. Her genuine interest has allows two of my boys to get significant breakthroughs in their outcomes. Thanks for her!
