Overall pleased with one complaint. This was a video visit and I was told to log in @1:15. Once logged in, it said the appointment would begin at 1:30. The 15 minute wait is excessive for a video visit. Not the doctor's fault but whoever programs the appointment/alerts/instructions

Enjoyed meeting Dr Wolbrink- she listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable in her care.

A good Medicare annual visit

Am a new patient. Felt very comfortable at the facility and with my doctor & her staff. Had a lot of questions since I moved here and was unsure of the transition process from my old care facility to this one. The staff and doctor were great and extremely helpful and responsive.

The staff was very efficient in getting me in and Dr. Wolbrink took the time to listen to me and listen to my questions and explained everything in a way that I could understand and she seemed to be definitely in tune with me and wanted to know about what she could do to help my health care, which I very much appreciate.

Rose Wolbrink is a superstar. You and we are lucky to have her.

Dr. Wolbrink took the time to talk with me and I needed someone to listen to me about a situation that I needed additional guidance on related to a family member. I am grateful for her listening to me. She helped me find a therapist who may help. I have booked an appointment.

Dr. Wolbrink is the best provider I have ever had. She is personable, caring and compassionate. She treats the whole person and not just a disease or condition. She truly listens to patients and is very thoughtful and thorough in caring for her patients! She deserves to acknowledged for her great work!! Our entire family sees her and we all love her. Positive experience but still have questions

I'm old and the computer stuff is difficult. Staff were all friendly. I was there as mom guardian for my adult disabled daughter. They treated my daughter well which I appreciate. The woman that took blood was so good with her. The entire experience was made as pleasant as possible by the way they treated us.

I feel confident in everyone who has cared me.

I wasn't asked if I wanted my after visit summary. I forgot to ask. I called and was told it was on my care. I couldn't find it. Very important I get it

I hate using computers, I never trusted them, never will. Also I realize that there's alot of people who complain about pain to get drugs, but I just want to be comfortable, I don't opioids. But when the doctor tells me to stop taking Tylenol and aleve, I need something and my depression drugs aren't going to help me.

I received a message 45 minutes before my appointment time asking if I was in the reception area. Thought that was odd.

I would say that I found the new questions that the front desk staff are required to ask due to the merger are annoying. If I traveled out of the state in the past month is an annoying and kind of intrusive question. What are you going to do if I did travel out of the state? Kind of none of your business.

Dr. Wolbrink is a very good doctor. She listens to me, she explains conditions to me in a way I can understand. I am glad she is my primary care physician.

When I have an appointment with Dr. Wolbrink, it is like going in to have a visit with a friend, rather than a doctor. She is very kind, compassionate, and a good listener to my cares and concerns and gives answers that are easy to understand. She doesn't try to push a treatment or medication unless she deems it to be really necessary. Great doctor as well as a lady!
