The care team is always wonderful there, and I have always been there, but with this provider, all she did was check me for COVID, sent me home, and I ended up back in the ER, and I have a starting of pneumonia in my lower lung, and I have a sinus infection. That's all I have to say.

I was given another patient check out paperwork for myself. The check out receptionist was the one that caught it! Luckily I wasn't paying attention to it.

Using my chart was a long process. 3 days before getting medication
