It was fine

Great experience, the team did a very good job of making me feel comfortable before, during and after the procedure.

I have always had a good experience when I had to go to Gunderson where I am not at all nervous about having to go there.

Overall use of My Chart is good, at times a bit complicated. I think that's because, as I age, there are more and more pages to attend to. I haven't as yet used virtual visits. I'm sure I might in the future.

What happened at Gundersen was different from what was relayed to me when I was referred.

I was disappointed that machinery and chairs were not wiped down. This bothered me a lot.

Considering the day of my appointment they were having computer issues, things went fairly smooth. The whole staff tried hard to keep things moving

He was very friendly and nice

I like MyChart....BUT My appointment page is filled up with so many trips to healthy hearts in Prairie du Chien. It takes extra time to scroll past them to find past appointments. Why do they need to be there?

I was able to get a cancelled appointment otherwise wait for 3 weeks.

Dr. Funk worked me in so I could get the treatment I needed at the time of my visit.

I am very thankful for the great care I receive each time I come for my injections.

In person is great! But the online is a mess! To access my chart you have to have your email and password, which is understandable. But now you also have to go back and retrieve some code that is sent and by time that is done it is either timed out or you have to resign back in with the email and password and then this requires a new code!! Like I said a mess and not worth the hassle!!!!

Too much administration and not enough patient focus. Exempliy Health has not helped patient care.

Sometimes they don't seem to listen to you.

Was unable to check in on line. Entered all data (prescription updates) but the system would not accept HyVee in Onalaska/La Crosse as the pharmacy I wanted to use. So, I lost all data I entered! Grrrrr. Very frustrating.

Couldn't find the meds ordered from the pharmacy -and never received them but have follow-up appointment ordered in one week tomorrow. Did have some of the med order at home so did part of the treatment ordered.

We were there at 10:38, due to company before we left for the appointment. Were told we might be able to check in because we were 1 minute passed the time allowed. Finally got checked in. Called back right away. The fire alarms started going off. Loud speaker kept saying wait for further instructions. Finally quit going off. No explanation. Just said all was ok. It was a stressful appointment.

Haven't used my chart yet otherwise everything was impressive.

Still processing everything

It was great, and very fast, in and out.

I am very happy to have Dr. Funk and the team there providing care and advice with my eye problems. As a senior citizen, sometimes I get a bit confused. Dr. Funk has been very patient and kind in getting me on the right path again. All the people from opening the door to the facility to checking in/out, and everyone in between are very helpful, kind, and informative.

Dr. Funk explained a lot in a short period of time. I know I need to return for my measurements (that couldn't be done at the same time because patients were backed up?) but giving a handout with the details of the different lenses and their pros and cons would have been extremely helpful. I did read his clinical notes and that has helped. I can now get some information from medical websites and can come with more questions when my measurement appt gets scheduled.

Apparently clinic called me about the appointment but I never the message. Luckily I checked with my local eye doctor to find out if they had made the referral. Also the checkin on my chart wouldn't let me go past the first page.

My total experience was excellent

I didn't know I had a website I could go to to check my appointments or nothing with. So that's all I got to say. Goodbye.

Have better signing on where to park and where patients are to enter the building. We entered in the door closed to where we parked and we were in the wrong area and there were two individuals that were extremely rude to my wife and I upon a very first visit to this location. I could have gone smoother if there was proper signing.

Dr Funk is a very good Doctor

If department was going to be closed week of Thanksgiving and you call to leave a message recording should tell you know one would be returning call , left message Monday at 10 heard no reply called Tuesday no reply called Wednesday was told they thought surgery department is closed till after thanksgiving so have gotten no response since monday

They were running 15 minutes late, if running late ,it would be great if they would announce that to the waiting room. Things happen, so I don't mind waiting if I know.

Yeah, I don't know how to use my chart. I don't know.

Dr. Funk and his assitant had to get down on the floor to hold a power cord in place so Dr. Funk could do the lazer procedure. The deserve additional compensation.

Quick, efficient and personable

During my recent visit, I was placed along with others into several different waiting and sub-waiting areas as things moved along, due to a shortage of rooms available. Overall, my appointment took longer than is typical due to the room situation. (Just an observation, not a criticism. I was treated very well!)

Made me wait for 1 hour. Screw up with check in. Checked with person at desk. Too lazy to follow up. Second time I checked person helped. They were very apologetic.
