Dr. Rob Kline was very understanding and open, so I really appreciated him and his nurse and everybody. So I think everybody did really well.

My doctor is wonderful! I highly recommend him and that's probably why it is so hard to get an appointment with him.

So it wasn't anybody else, it was just the doctor. He was very short and it was kind of to the, not necessarily to the point, like I was there for a physical and nothing got checked. He just checked my heart and that was about it. It was supposed to be really physical. I hadn't gone in there in how many years. I wanted to get to know him. Yes, I'm... have no experience or nothing wrong that I can know of, but I didn't really know because I don't have it, haven't had a physical. But yes, that's all I got. Thanks.

I prefer to talk to humans rather than AI or people who are not fluent in English. I also don't like having to read all the messages on my chart unless my doctor reads my electronic chart like Dr Kline did. Thanks for exceptional service from every human I dealt with on that visit

All were friendly and helpful.

I think providers and staff need to be more aware of elderly people that are very hard of hearing. Sometimes it's not easy to hear what's being said. Just a thought.

Dr. Kline seemed upset that I wasn't wearing a mask. I chose not to worry because it made it hard to breathe. And I put that thing on out of the goodness of my own heart. I don't think anybody would have known I was sick if I hadn't put it on. I asked him to look me over and diagnose it but he just looked in my mouth and help me say "ah" with a tool and said "it's not strep", something I was concerned about. I didn't even get a chance to ask for a doctor's note, or my back pain. He told me "to come back when your not ill", like UH, okay that's one reason why I came here buddy... When the visit ended he said "I'm going to leave now". This mask policy is ridiculous. You should know that your rights end where mine begin. Also this is a clinic. Therefore anybody getting sick as a result of being here is not my concern, nor my responsibility. It's yours. It's impossible to definitively establish blame anybody for anybody getting sick anyway.

Doctor seems very preoccupied & like he's mentally somewhere else. MA asked if a condition was worse. I responded yes, but it was never brought up by doctor.

The nurses were fine, however the doctor really didn't do anything. I had an annual exam done and literally he was in there for less than 10 minutes. It's ridiculous to get charged what you guys charge for this. It's like going to a fine restaurant and paying for a steak dinner but getting meatloaf.

Dr. Kline is thorough in his examination. He searches for the best answers to my questions. He is considerate, kind and helpful. I trust his care and I am pleased to have him as my primary care physician. God bless his work.

Very professional, friendly and accommodating. I asked to be put on a list for if anyone canceled. They called me the next day.

It was my first time with Gundersen Clinic. I think overall it was a decent experience. Dr. Kline is unique but I liked how he was.

Overall it went well. I felt I was doing more legwork than I have in the past when scheduling other needed services.
