Dr Erdman is a genuine human who cares for his patients, doesn't judge, explains things thoroughly, deep dives into my record, asks questions to get yo know me and more about my health. He is an excellent doctor.

Great visit. Quick and easy checkin and rooming with reception and great experience with MA. Dr. Erdman was as thorough and great as always. Took all the time necessary to talk through everything.

Gundersen Clinic has become way to focused on money. Gundersen has completely lost it's traditions of quality and access. The Clinic is so short staffed it has become ridiculous!!!!! Never in my life have I had to leave a voicemail for a receptionist, never! I am surprised anyone would work as a receptionist at Gundersen. There are clearly not enough RNs to take care of patients. Between reception and nursing it took me six days to actually talk with with them. I like my Doctor and the Staff very much. That is, with the exception of one long term check out lady who really needs to be terminated. But, you will not do that, of course. She is one of the "good ole girls" right! Doctors and Staff consistently say, "Senior Management does not listen and are only concerned about BUDGET!"

Over the years I have been continuously impressed with Gunderson (now Emplify) staff and care. Can't say enough good things about Dr Erdmann. I am fully confident with his care.

I do not like having to repeat your sign in thing before every appointment when nothing has changed or will be hanged until AFTER that appointment. Why not just question if there are any changes to previous, yes or no?

When I made my appt to be checked for strep throat the receptionist told me to wear a mask when I got into the clinic. I did this. Then when I was checking in the receptionist asked me to stand there as she was messaging the nurse to come out and grab me from the check-in desk area (as not to be in the waiting room possibly spreading germs I guess). I waited for at least 5 minutes there and she didn't get a response SO THEN she had me sit and wait behind the receptionist area and wait to be called back-singling me out as If I had some deadly disease!! This made me feel very uneasy AND angry. The nurse that called me back walked right past me to go to the main waiting room area and called my name. I had to say "back here" as she didn't even know I was back there. She then looked at me strangely, like why was I sitting there. I had to tell her the receptionist told me to sit there. I ended up being negative for strep throat and received nothing to help. After this appointment I am seriously considering changing to another clinic.

Dr. Erdman is very thorough and explains everything. He goes through your health maintenance which is required by Medicare. I was very happy with my wellness visit.

Dr Rick is thourough in explaining my health conditions to me and thourough doing my wellness exam too. I know that he will be retiring sometime in the future and he will be missed by his patients he will be taking a wealth of knowledge and experience with him when he goes.

I had to fill out a form when I got there and found it confusing. Had to do with changes from Gundersen to amplify. Also small fonts.

The visit was conducted very respectfully, very caring, and very informative. I was served by a great support team.

I had to fill out several questionnaires before my video visit that I have filled out in the past and that felt unnecessary to have to do before this video visit. Would have loved to NOT have had to do those questions. I felt annoyed and like i wasn't going to finish in time and be late for my video visit.

I like how thorough Dr. Erdman is when trying to find a diagnosis.

I am always taken care of when I see Dr. Erdman.

I cannot use my chart anymore it don't ever let me in to it, so please give me my results wrote on paper please ! My chart don't work for me and hasn't for a long time

I got the right info that I needed for my health problem and will probably be back soon to get rid of the problem I have
