The upgrades to my chart have been terrible. It's very redundant; as an example. I had an appointment with my dietitian and then the physicians assistant. Yesterday I had to go through the questionnaires, asking the same questions for both appointments, there should be a way to combine that. I filled out the registration info and answered the questionnaires twice because I got a message that I still needed to register. When I got to the clinic yesterday and they said I hadn't filled out the questionnaires and I had. This has been ongoing for some time. Please fix it.

We're so happy with the care at Emplify. We switched from Mayo and couldn't be happier. The kindness emphasis is super noticeable and very much appreciated. Please advocate for online appts for people on Medicare. It's a huge barrier for appointments for Disabled people.
