Same day appointment was greatly appreciated. The treatment seems to be effective although I'm looking for continued improvement. I appreciated the 4 people I had contact with. The nurse who responded to my reaching out on My Chart, the man at the reception desk, the medical assistant who triaged me (and later cleaned my ear), and the PA, Becca Meinertz.

She was not concerned about my cough. She just wanted to up my pills. I wanted a lung xray to see why I cough. My cough has been on going for 35 years. It is my number 1 concern at this time. I just want to know why with more tests. I like to have a lung function test done to see the underline problems.

Rebecca is friendly, a good listener and highly competent.

Rebbeca and staff were great

I wanted my prescription to be set up at the pharmacy with pick up. I know my profile is set up to be mailed, but I told the nurse to be sure and have it sent to the pharmacy as pick up. I was in touch with the pharmacy and they told me it was mailed. This was a prescription for an antibiotic. Because it was mailed I now have to wait four days to start my antibiotic. I will be out of town those two days when it is expected to arrive so that adds two additional days to my antibiotic.. when I spoke with the person at the pharmacy I was told that I was the one that was supposed to call the pharmacy and tell them that the prescription was to be pick up. I feel my infection is mild at this time so I don't believe it's gonna have a big impact however, if it would've been a say positive strep infection or something of that magnitude I believe that would be a major setback.

I asked her to write down her various recommendations so that I could take them home and remember them all. I only got a prescription listed on the summary and only remembered her first recommendation.

The La Crescent location was super easy to park and navigate. Having never been there, I thought it was ideal for a quick visit with provider vs waiting in urgent care. We greatly appreciate the availability of same day family medicine appointments!
