    Rebecca and the whole staff have always been wonderful. The only thing that is a negative is that the check in/check out area is not private at all.

    I wanted my prescription to be set up at the pharmacy with pick up. I know my profile is set up to be mailed, but I told the nurse to be sure and have it sent to the pharmacy as pick up. I was in touch with the pharmacy and they told me it was mailed. This was a prescription for an antibiotic. Because it was mailed I now have to wait four days to start my antibiotic. I will be out of town those two days when it is expected to arrive so that adds two additional days to my antibiotic.. when I spoke with the person at the pharmacy I was told that I was the one that was supposed to call the pharmacy and tell them that the prescription was to be pick up. I feel my infection is mild at this time so I don't believe it's gonna have a big impact however, if it would've been a say positive strep infection or something of that magnitude I believe that would be a major setback.

    I asked her to write down her various recommendations so that I could take them home and remember them all. I only got a prescription listed on the summary and only remembered her first recommendation.

    The La Crescent location was super easy to park and navigate. Having never been there, I thought it was ideal for a quick visit with provider vs waiting in urgent care. We greatly appreciate the availability of same day family medicine appointments!

    It is clear that your main motivation is not care, but financial. I got 2 estimates of my bill. One before I was seen and one 2 days after I was see. How about before you scare the crap out of people, you file their insurance first, or give the. An estimate when they arrive for visit. Provider was great, but seeing an estimate of $985 for a 30 minute new pt visit was shocking. How do you justify those charges? If I continue to feel you prioritize money over people, despite my sister working there for 30 yrs, I will be switching to Mayo.

    My experience with the people at the clinic for my appointment was great and they were very helpful. My experience with MYCHART in the past week has been not good. Let's just say the changeover has not been seamless.

    I never actually talked to anyone on the video. Basically I wrote an email with charge $47 and my prescription ended up at the pharmacy. I never actually talked to a person. Why could that not have been taken care of in my chart? Basically it was in my chart message that cost me $47. I never even heard back from Rebecca. She just called in the prescription.
