Care team is very welcoming and profession. Rebecca Albrecht is very thorough.

My provider was very pleasant and listened to all my needs in a respectful manner. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable with each part of the visit.

Great little clinic close to home. All staff was amazing!!

I went to someone new in the provider network as the last one didn't feel like they listened to what I was saying and would feel almost judgmental on anything they said to my 'concerns' I had with my child. Rebecca was the complete opposite. She listened and validated my thoughts on everything and didn't make me feel like I was doing anything wrong. I will 100% keep coming back to her for future appointments for my kid.

MyChart was not the best. Pre-Visit requirements such as fasting should be listed, so I would not need to call. Also, I did update my emergency contacts in MyChart before my visit, and I had to do it again at my appointment on paper because, I guess, they did not flow in to the application.

Becky is a wonderful addition to the Independence clinic. She took the time to listen to my concerns and come up with a plan that would work for me.

She provided an answer to every question I had. I had just come from a visit to radiation oncology and was given the answer of " I don't know" 6 repeated times to various questions. They made no attempt to research or provide what they did know. Ms Albrecht answered all my questions, discussed information with me and provided a considerable amount of time supporting my needs. Plus she knew a considerable breath of knowledge on my various medical issues. I enjoyed our contact, answered all my questions and created a plan of care for my needs. I commend this level of knowledge and support and thank her for this. Thank you.

Becky is an incredible provider. She was certain to let me know what the next steps were and how to follow up with her. She listened attentively and took everything I said and applied it to my visit. 10/10 will be recommending her as a provider!!!
