A lot of times I try to make a appointment and get no service as it says that they are getting a high amount of calls and call back, but they have no problem with reminding you of your appointment, work on answering the phone calls scheduling the appointment

He made me very comfortable, relaxed treated me like a friend.

I guess my one concern was when I talked to Raunaque about getting an injection in my knee, he said that I could usually get one right away, that it just takes a minute to do it, and yet I had to wait two weeks to have it done. That did not make me real happy, and I expressed that to Raunaque when I was there this week. Thank you.

They have always been great. I am impressed every time with the staff and doctors.

RAUNAQUE S OSHAN is awesome! He listens & genuinely cares about you. I would recommend him to everyone. You hope you don't have any other problems but, if you do, he is the person to trust with your care.

PA Oshan does an excellent job. He is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I am completely at ease discussing my knee problems with him. PA Oshan went through my MRI results, explained my treatment options, and then left the decision up to me what I wanted to have done (a cortisone shot). The shot was not painful at all.

Great experience.

Raunaque listened to all my questions and had detailed explanations for them all. He's very thorough. I felt so much better leaving then I did going in!

Provider was knowledgeable of my care and answered all of my questions. Was respectful and not pressed for time and hurrying me along.

Raunaque is great, he explains everything in a way the is understandable and always asks if you have any questions. He never rushes thru an appointment and is a very caring person. As a matter of fact everyone at Gundersen from the front desk to the check out desk all seem like what they do is more than just a job to them. God bless all.

This Oshan P A always treats me with respect, kindness and excellent care. I look forward to seeing him because I know I'll leave feeling better both physically & emotionally.

Everyone was nice. They listened to me and really helped me, from the nurse, Oshan, and the receptionist. The receptionist actually called me back to schedule like she said she would! I was pleasantly surprised.

Took 8 days after break to get my appointment. Would like an appointment earlier.

Th Dr is great. Definitely recommended!

My Chart used to better. Now it is cumbersome to use very slow responding overall not easy to use. More oriented to what an IT staffer would want versus how a patient would use it

We have never had a problem with any Gundersen location. And always had Excellent service. Dr. Oshan is amazing and was able to see my husband after my visit (my husband had an appt 4 hours later) right away because he had a cancellation. It was VERY nice not to have to wait 4 hours. Very accommodating to our needs.

Knee injections are always so painful. Provider had a wonderful personality and I was as comfortable as I could be under the circumstances.

Staff are always personal and caring. Makes you feel very comfortable.

Seemed rushed this time. Would of liked a little more time to check the incisions and more instructions on adding clothing

It was a rough experience. I am very thankful for ALL the staff that got me through my recovery.
