To pre check in it asks a lot of questions that I just answered several months ago. Repeatedly. Also I should have asked for help getting into my chart as I tried without success .

Outstanding experience at Lansing Clinic!

She was very thorough. Had ideas for more blood work if initial blood work didn't show anything. Receptionists was fantastic.

The provider left me in limbo then didn't get back to me for another day, and didnt even get my meds sent off. The only way I knew I had a med, was by looking on the after notes. So I had to call a nurse to get them finally sent out.

Very pleased with the care I received.

For not having seen me in 7 years, she was on top of her game and went above and beyond any care I've ever received. I cannot thank her enough.

I've never had a bad experience with Emplify and recommend it to everyone. Grateful to have Raquel Ristau as my provider. Her and her team truly listen and care about their patients and do not get enough credit for the work they do.

Raquel was amazing-kind, attentive, and thorough. I felt comfortable asking questions and left feeling confident in my son's care. I also want to mention the nurses. Every time we are there they are extremely kind and professional. Such a blessing to receive great care in a small town.

I appreciated getting an appointment so quickly & complete answers to my questions.

The MY Chart Verification system is annoying when you have to do that for frequent appointments. Couldn't it be required only for infrequent use not for seniors that need often appointments???

The only complaint I have and not related to any Hyman interaction or care is the check in window itself. I dislike when individuals need to sit behind a barrier with a tiny little hole for verbal communication.

Raquel was amazing. She is the best provider! Her caring, compassion, knowledge and understanding are everything I want in a provider and then some. Gundersen is lucky to Raquel!

Raquel spent a great deal of time discussing all my questions. She was caring and compassionate. She also followed up quickly the next day with a couple questions that I thought of after the visit.

Raquel always goes above and beyond to answer all of my questions and explains things in a way that I will understand. She is a phenomenal clinician and I always have an excellent experience with the administrative staff, lab techs, nurses, and MAs.

I received way too many reminders, not short of 6-7, to tell me to get lab work. Which we had set up the very next day after the nurses call. Some days two envelopes came the same day postal mail. I could not tell you how many E-mail notifications I got for the same, plus numerous appoint reminders... what a waste of your time and mine...besides if I were paying for minutes. This could be costly to your patients.

Small town clinic, but so friendly, helpful, makes you feel as if your seeing a friend rather then being a number.

I am not good at figuring computer thing but still trying to understand it. Not program fault.

My health care provider was very attentive to my needs and followed up with arrangements to further my care. She was very thorough and listened to my concerns. Everyone was very kind and respectful during my visit.

They had good experience, they did wonderful with me.

I was impressed at how nice everyone was dressed, when you go to other Gundersen clinics they are dressed like slobs, they had on professional clothes you go to other clinics and they are all wearing tshirts and sweatshirts very non professional and this clinic they all looked so nice and everyone was so friendly. I like to see the professional look when you first walk in and I feel like it makes a good impression on that clinic. everyone was so friendly.

My experience at the Waukon Clinic Gunderson was wonderful. It was the first time meeting my provider, Raquel, and I was 100% pleased with the visit. I would recommend her to anyone.

Awesome visit. Was able to proceed with additional treatment immediately. Excellent patient communication with passion. Check in was easy and pleasant. Very welcoming clinic.
