Dr Randi Berg is kind, caring and professional. I've had some health struggles lately, and she is very knowledgeable and I feel she is covering all the bases and providing excellent care.

Good as usual

I realize I have a lot of appointments coming up but I'm getting way too many texts and emails and like I told the receptionist I'm going to start ignoring them. Not all of us are that technically savvy, nor do we want to be. For example, acknowledging an appointment once should be enough. And I will check in at the desk when I arrive, not online.

Everything was good

Again there was a change in the My Chart system. We saved all our Gundersen Health userid and password, in the save options. Now its converted to Emplify and we don't have our userid/password information to get into the new system to read notices, doctor messages, fill out forms for visits and appointments. Had we known everything would disappear we would have written the information down. Can you add back the old system or let is know our information, or how can we get into the new system.

I needed support help to get logged in MyChart. Don't know what the problem was but am good to go now. Dr. Berg gave good explanations to questions I had. She was very thorough.

The Harmony clinic has great, friendly staff! The appointment was informative & efficient.

Staff is effective and caring.

My appointment was a comfortable experience. I appreciate my care givers were able to squeeze me in for a mammogram, since the mobile unit was parked outside.
