I had a great experience. I was somewhat nervous and everyone made me feel so comfortable. The provider was amazing she explained everything and did a great exam.

The Doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and explained them in a manner that I could understand.

I really appreciated the time and knowledge that the provider took with me, to explain the questions that I had. She was so exceptionally kind and has the perfect ability to calm any undo fears that I may have felt. 110% perfect eye exam experience! Will recommend!!!

My chart is hard to use

My insurance doesn't cover getting glasses here, but honestly the frame choices are clearly meant for old white people. There's little to no style. It's just the same glasses over and over with very little variation and shape, clearly just meant to function. Now that I know how getting a glasses prescription works, I think I'll shop somewhere stylish and cheap. Nothing against you guys but I at least want my glasses to look good. You are all very kind and easy to understand.

I'm grateful to the staff member who did my vision scan for being immediately helpful when I told her I had misplaced my phone somewhere in the clinic. She walked me to the main desk to ask if it had been turned in while I checked the bathroom, where I found it. Losing a phone is pretty upsetting, so her understanding and help in going above and beyond the call of duty made a huge difference. She gets an A+++ and I not only got my phone back but a great example of what it means to love our neighbor. ??????

Dr didn't even tell me I was dealing with blepharitis till I read my chart. Assistant did Exam and everything doctor didn't do nothing but look in my eye with light for 3 seconds.

I think he did really well considering it was a malfunction on a machine due to being cleaned, something went wrong, but it was funny and it was good experience and I enjoyed the doctor and the tech that did the testing. So overall enjoyable visit.

It was truly the best visit I've ever had in the medical field. I don't think I've ever been treated better.!!! I just wish they were closer to my hometown. !!

Was very happy with the results from my cataract surgeries and with my checkup with the dr on this visit. She talked to me in way I understood it as a patient

They know that eye doctor was a fill-in for doctor salesman, but she didn't give me a very good outlook and said I might have to be this way for six months to a year and that was very discouraging to me. I don't usually use the my chart to check in, but I do appreciate being to go back in and seeing results.

They forgot to give me sunglasses after my eyes were dilated., but I did have sunglasses in my car

The wait time in the exam room was almost 45 mins until she came in to look at the contacts on his eyes. My son also did not connect with this doctor like the previous one we had a week prior to this appointment. He was also hungry and tired of waiting so that could have added to his annoyance.

The gal that first helped and did exam was amazing as well as the Dr. the gal that helped me with my glass fitting and ordering was amazing as well.

The appointment went smoothly with the exception of equipment malfunction. Also, the online check-in usually doesn't work - would prefer it be fixed.
