she did not provide the information when i had the first visit with her, cost me a lot of money , she did not tell me i could not renew my dot license since i had a seizor, i bought 125,000. truck i cannot drive

It's good to talk to someone,give advice and direct which way we have to proceed.

I don't appreciate the text AND email asking if I've arrived. It is a service with a moot point. You click "yes" to having arrived, and then you are told by the front desk that you still have to come up and check in with them so there's just way too much nonsensical clicking and checking out the text and the email. There's also way too many email and text regarding each appointment and if you have a lot of appointments, that's a lot of messages being received and it's overwhelming. I also don't appreciate that when you are required to do a pre-check-in they ask you if you have any of "these conditions." Well I have been checking the box many times with a noted ailment. Not one provider ever asked about it so I'm wondering what the point of pre check-in is. Yesterday however Dr Kumar is the first person who looks at the rash that I had been reporting in my pre-check in. I believe Dr Kumar is one of the best doctors we've seen at Gunderson. She's thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable, respectful and seems to really know her field.

Dr Kumar took the time to go over my chart before she came into the room. She knew what was going on with me since the last time I saw her. NOT many MD's do that anymore, only the good one's!

I love seeing Dr. Kumar as she takes the time to explain things and is ready to listen. She knows what has gone on since last appointment by going through past notes from other providers so that it can be talked about if necessary. She is always ready to answer any questions.

I have had the deepest trust and respect with Dr. Kumar since the first time I met her. She understands perfectly things I can't put into words. She always listens very close to myself, as well as my husband. She's always ready to help in anyway she can. She seems to really enjoy being there.

Dr. Kumar is an excellent physician that truly cares for her patients.

Dr. Kumar is the best. Her expertise along with her compassion makes her stand out in my eyes. She listens. She Gives accurate medical advice that has always helped my medical concerns. He was cheerful, kind and made sure I had my next appointment along with the literature from the day. Encouraged me to have a good day. What nice people in that department. One of my favorite drs, Feel comfortable to ask any questions and I can tell she truly cares about how patients.

Unable to do Mychart check in. First, the username & password I have used for 2 years would not function until the 3rd try. Second, Non of the pages would accept the information I tried to correct. I finally gave up.

Went well. 1st time in 60yrs at Gundersen all appointments were prompt and on time. Overbooking appointments seems to be an issue that interferes with patient care.

The doctor did a good job.

Dr Kumar really listened and spent a lot of time with me and my husband explaining anything that we did not understand. She answered all of our questions and we could tell she was explaining from her heart and made me feel very safe and passionate about my care.

Dr Kumar is a very kind and caring doctor and person. She took the time to ask about my health as well as ask about my family. We have a grandaughter that has severe health issues. I look forward to my yearly visits with Dr Kumar because she is professional and also personable and shows compassion for my family as well as me.

Everybody is so friendly and explains everything. I tell everybody to go to Gundersen. It is well worth the drive!
