I like her as my Doctor. So far so good

Bad connection and dropped.

This provider was very professional and top-notch.

Dr McKenney was wonderful as always. But at the end of my apppintment, the male receptionist printed off my after visit sheet and cracked a joke that my magazine was ready, implying it was very thick. I am a cancer patient and did not think that was nice to say. I do have a lot of appointments and I can't help it. He was very nice but I thought I that comment was out of line. Thank you.

I appreciate Dr. McKenney's kindness and compassion in dealing with my PTSD & needle phobia. Most doctors don't take it seriously and have to put me through additional trauma in order to see it for themselves. Dr. McKenney understood right away and was willing to work with me and find easier alternatives for the lab work.

I think she could did more for me. Like give me small doses hormones since haven't had any. Appetite control and help metabolism

Dr McKenney always is welcoming, always helpful and full of knowledge. I appreciate all the endocrinology staff.

The provider has exceptional bedside manner, she should be teaching that to other providers!! that was by far one of the better experiences!

She was very respectful and considerate, friendly and created a relaxed atmosphere. In 25 years I've seen a good number of endocrinologists and this was one of my best experiences.

Dr McKenney, reception staff and MA are very professional, receptive, pleasant and friendly. Make visits comfortable.

We need more Specialty Care Providers at the Prairie du Chien Wisconsin location. Not everyone can travel due to panic attacks.. the provider I did see was absolutely awesome because she really dug into my chart and confirmed a lot of things that I found myself after years of research. Dr Rachel I would recommend to everyone!

Dr. McKenney was her usual caring self. She listens to my needs and follows through with my treatment. She's great!!

The in person was fine but the MyChart has gotten to difficult to use anymore. You have to leave the site to go get a code and by time you get code the site has disappeared and then when you get back to the site it treats it like a new try so the code is no longer valid. It was so easy just log in, sign in with my password and you could access billing, labs, appointments or whatever, but this new system does not work for me.

I was satisfied and always thankful for your care.

Dr. MCKENNEY is one of your best physicians. Attentive, thoughtful, intelligent and kind are only a few of the many adjectives that come to mind.

Not fond of check in on My Chart feel it's not necessary and anything I need to talk about would prefer to discuss at my appointment.

Having to get a code every day when I want to access MyChart is a nuisance

Had to wait longer than expected, but it was explained to me that the doctor was running behind on appointments.

Dr Had good recommendations regarding changes to my care....

The doctor really worked with me make my insulin pump work better for my life. Thank you!
