I absolutely adore Dr. McKenney!! She treats me like an individual. She has been very attentive to my care from the moment I met her. One of the BEST doctors I've ever had!

Dr. MCKENNEY and staff were perfect in every way, as usual. Dr MCKENNEY has been very helpful to me over the years. She is very knowledgeable and caring and shares insights with me that I don't receive from other medical professionals. I am very fortunate to be able to consult with her.

Since the name change to Emplify, I have seen 3 providers in different locations who have shown NO empathy. You should not advertise that Emplify Health shows empathy if your staff doesn't have any. One provider interrupted me 3 times early on in my sentence when I was trying to convey a concern. He lectured me, and each time he interrupted, he gave the same speech - which had nothing to do with what I was trying to tell him. A course on how to listen and how to show empathy should be mandatory for all staff. Dr. McKenney DID convey empathy however and listened to me without interrupting me. You need more providers like her.

The Dr was very knowledgeable about what I was in there for. She's listened to all of my concerns about what was bothering me. I would definitely return to her for care in the future if needed.

Experience was good. Some of the information was new, since last time I met with Dr. McKenney. She had a different opinion than the past. Something to thing about.

Absolutely wonderful

Dr. MCKENNEY was exceptional. She's a very thoughtful and kind doctor, I enjoyed talking with her. She listened carefully and gave me excellent advice. She was able to figure out what has been causing my issues over the last 2 months, and it wasn't my thyroid! I'm grateful for such fantastic care!

My Chart is not seem upto date with my Reclast infusions.

Dr Mc Kenny is very personable and answers questions in an understandable way. She comes into the visit knowing my history.

Dr. McKenney has always been a very kind and supportive doctor. I appreciate all the help and insight that she has offered me. She is always willing to explain anything that I have a question about.

Dr. MCKENNEY is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She advised me on what my next steps were in my health care. Very amenable to listening to her patients.

Dr. MCKENNEY was Excellent! She immediately put me at ease, She was thorough and compassionate. She put logic into play, explaining how my tests and evaluations calculated her recommendations paired with listening to me and understanding what the total equation was. I'm so glad I asked for her specifically.

My Chart, texts, phone, mail....it is an overkill in just notification of my appointments. It is at the point of frustration when you answer all the questions in my chart for each app't ,, when the questions are all the same. As for the Notices, back off, we receive the notice and that is enough.

I like her as my Doctor. So far so good

This provider was very professional and top-notch.

Dr McKenney was wonderful as always. But at the end of my apppintment, the male receptionist printed off my after visit sheet and cracked a joke that my magazine was ready, implying it was very thick. I am a cancer patient and did not think that was nice to say. I do have a lot of appointments and I can't help it. He was very nice but I thought I that comment was out of line. Thank you.

I appreciate Dr. McKenney's kindness and compassion in dealing with my PTSD & needle phobia. Most doctors don't take it seriously and have to put me through additional trauma in order to see it for themselves. Dr. McKenney understood right away and was willing to work with me and find easier alternatives for the lab work.

I think she could did more for me. Like give me small doses hormones since haven't had any. Appetite control and help metabolism

Dr McKinney was excellent. She spent ample time with me to review all concerns, and was clear and supportive. She listened carefully and gave complete responses. She was very respectful and considerate, friendly and created a relaxed atmosphere. In 25 years I've seen a good number of endocrinologists and this was one of my best experiences.

Dr McKenney, reception staff and MA are very professional, receptive, pleasant and friendly. Make visits comfortable.

Dr. Mckenny is one of my favorite doctors. She listens and is genuinely concerned about me as a person. I trust her completely.

We need more Specialty Care Providers at the Prairie du Chien Wisconsin location. Not everyone can travel due to panic attacks.. the provider I did see was absolutely awesome because she really dug into my chart and confirmed a lot of things that I found myself after years of research. Dr Rachel I would recommend to everyone!

Dr. McKenney was her usual caring self. She listens to my needs and follows through with my treatment. She's great!!
