Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Rachel just takes all the time I need with her. I never feel rushed and I feel so comfortable talking with her.

Everything was great! I am really grateful for this local clinic.

Rachel is so filled with empathy in all she does. She has reviewed the chart before she sees my child. She knows how to relate to my child asking about school and sports and summer plans before she asks all the specific health questions. She makes the connection first so trust is built. And then somehow it doesn't seem so awkward to be having the health visit with a pre-teen/teen. And at the end when she assured my child she could could talk to her about anything at all in the future - we all really believe it. Truly amazing! Thank you Rachel!

tired of all of the on-line check in routine, and the social surveys that have to be done. if you could get rid of those I might really recommend Gundersen

Rachel is a very knowledgeable provider. She informed me that one of my medications could cause cramping which i had no idea, but have been experiencing. Then recommended i have a blood test that would indicate if that was causing them. She is definitely a great asset to your clinic. I will be using her as my primary provider.
