I do not like the check in process in Winona Needs to be set up differently 10 min wait to check in I was late for my appt because long check in process It is not seamless or smooth My Chart did not work to check me in at Winona

Would of preferred to see this Dr at LaCrosse Gundersen instead of traveling half an hr. up and half an hr back for 15/20 mn visit. Risk of blood clots that I am prone to worries with travel and neck,shoulder and back pain etc.

I don't do well with digital things and I have managed to make my way around it and Gundersen has been helpful in helping me do that and I was thankful that I was able to get in to see Dr. Strauss when I needed to. Thank you.

Dr. Strauss was an exceptional provider!

Excellent provider. I have a lot of confidence in him. Check out was a little cumbersome. He was not able to follow the instructions to schedule my next appt. His gum chewing was really annoying.

Dr. Strauss answered all my questions and made me feel like I could talk to him freely.

I received a text asking if I had arrived there. I replied yes and said it could not confirm I was there. Too much frivial nonsense. I know where and what to do when I GET there!

Dr. Strauss has the right personality to be a healing professional. I feel a doctor's demeanor is as important as the academic skill of his profession. Dr. Strauss has a great combination of both. You could use him as an example of what makes a good doctor.

Dr Strauss is a talented, caring doctor. I am so glad chiropractic care could be incorporated into my experience with Emplify by Gundersen. To me, this allows Dr Strauss, and my other physicians, to utilize my full medical record and treat my whole person. Thank you!

I'm glad I met Dr. Strauss, I believe he will do what he can to help improve my pain. He knew my history and asked many questions during my visit.

For this department with lots of people having low back pain, the chairs in the lobby should not be soft cushions and low seats, rather they should be firm straight back to chairs with hips, a little higher than knees. The current seats, other than the few bariatric chairs, exacerbate low back, spondylosis symptoms.
