Good experience

Dr. Paul Merchant was great. I would recommend him to any member of my family for care. He listened to me and explained things very well. I've used Gundersen's services in many specialties and have never had a bad experience.

I am so thankful for the use of the carts to help me get to my appointment. Both drivers were great. Due to the distance I would have had to walk I was glad to be able to use the carts.

Dr Merchant explained all my questions about my condition in terms I could understand . Went over my blood work and explained their meanings. He is very patient and understanding. Great Md.

I thought the interview or the appointment went very well and it was done at my own home where I was more comfortable and everything was taken care of. Our questions were answered and so I was very happy with the appointment. So I would like to do it again. Okay, bye-bye.

I have always been very comfortable coming there. I have always been treated with the most kindness that you could expect from a doctor. This doctor has never, ever acted like he was in a hurry. He was there to make sure that we understood exactly what was going on and he's a very, very kind man and I would recommend him to anybody and it's always a pleasure to come in and see him and I trust him completely. He seems to be very knowledgeable on the subject. So thank you for giving me this opportunity to tell him this.

The guy at the desk on the main floor where you ask for info and/or ask for ride is not approachable or helpful. He is rude and unprofessional as well as arrogant. He needs to be replaced or at least reprimanded for lack of interest and rudeness, in my opinion.

Dr. Merchant shows a true interest in his patients and I feel he really wants to find the right treatment for me! I have total faith in his ability to get to the bottom of my problems!

This has been an ongoing chronicle problem with me and this is the best I've ever had things explained to me. So very happy with my visit. Thank you.

Great doctor

Dr. Merchant was thorough, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed.

My first time in the clinic. The walk to elevator E was too long for my husband. We caught a shuttle ride back to the entrance. Everyone was helpful and efficient
