The nurse who took my vitals and reviewed my chart was very friendly, thorough and polite. She was clear and concise with questions and did not rush. Dr. Spanel was very personal, answered my questions and shared information about my condition in a very clear manner. He conducted what I thought was a very thorough evaluation. He shared next step options with clarity. I give both of these medical professionals high marks- higher than a 10. I am glad that Dr. Spanel is on my team.

Dr. Spanel listens very carefully to what we have to say and he asks questions that we can think about and then answer and so this is regarding Parkinson's and my husband's health and he's always very careful to ask how things are of both of us and then he makes a conclusion of where we go from there and we like how he listens and asks and then comes to a conclusion with us. Thank you.

I came with notes and questions about the onset and the 3 yr progression of tremors, primarily on my left side/left han after 3 recent surgeries. Concern being highest for onset of more serious disabilities or a undiagnosed disease.

The overall visit was conducted with excellence. He made me feel like a part of the family. My judgment is based on the way this went and the fact that I've practiced medicine for 50 years, and so I know a good session when I see one, and I got one from you guys.

It was a pleasure meeting this group of people. All from Dr. Spanel including his staff were very cordial and pleasant to deal with. Everyone 'listened' to what I was saying and had feedback for me. In the day of rush and hurry on to the next one, I find this very telling of what kind of people I will be dealing with in Neuroscience.

I find the experience with the telephone nerve-wracking. It's hard to repeat things, and the people were nice and kind, and I liked the doctor, but the whole experience with my Parkinson's and etc. was not real good. My son came with me, and they had a good interaction, my son and Dr. Spanel. Thank you.

The nurse and Dr looked at my symptoms very carefully, explained what was going on, and they answered all my questions. I was mainly concerned I may have a serious problem, but they put me at ease by saying it was a fairly normal thing for my age. Overall a great experience.
