The online check in process doesn't have a way to make notes for concerns about the questions asked. They aren't all straightforward, and yes or no answers.

I wanted /needed a doctor appt and I got one within an hours time. I was seen in a timely manner and the doctor was very thorough, listened, asked questions and explained treatment. I was given a choice of how I would like to proceed-which I greatly --appreciated and I left feeling much relieved. Thank you.
