Very courteous

I'm really tired of my mental health being blamed for everything that is going on with my body. During this and other appointments I have had for this issue, provider's have been saying "get your mental health under control and the pain will follow." Well, my mental health was very well under control until the pain took over my life.

Patty is a competent and very engaging NP. I appreciate her understanding of my situation and the help she offers

Felt hurried. Typed instead of listening to what I was saying. Very quick exam, not sure how effective it was. Gave up pretty quickly on offering any sort of help.

Get medical records before your people see me and make medical decisions.

She was a very straightforward person. I appreciated her willingness to talk and listen. She definitely increased my confidence that my procedure will be done well.

Very disappointed with my visit. Basically drove 130 miles and spent over 3 hours driving for nothing! I was under the impression that I was having the procedure that day. There was no benefit for me to drive that far and spend that amount of time when the provider basically did nothing of benefit. Just another way to charge Medicare for a bogus visit. Overall the staff were great but it was an unnecessary visit. Very frustrating and disappointing!

The new changes to My Care are not friendly. Why must I have a password every time I try to access My Care. And it's only up a few seconds and can't always get it before it goes away.

Patty is awesome. Real genuine people, listens, interacts and enjoys the conversation. She is efficient and always personably direct and conscientious of the patient. Absolutely enjoy these visits. Thank you, take care and stay motivated!

Everyone treated me good.

Both providers were very helpful. Explained what they were doing and y. What to do if I needed more help. They were both smiley and fun to be with. Great asset to Gundersen.

Provider spent as much time as needed to explain options and issues. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all questions. Went in for pain, only issue is long wait to attempt first procedure to see if it accomplishes what we hope.

Dr.Patty was the most caring physician,She was very knowledgeable about my situation. I wish more doctors were like that.
