I really liked and trusted my care provider. She helped me understand what my condition was and how to treat it.

Dr Mali heard my concerns and provided a good plan moving forward that I trust.

I don't trust a lot of doctors anymore. I haven't found one that I like since 5 of my doctors have moved on. You can't ever get in to see a doctor that you want because they are not taking on new patients. I feel Gundersen has gone down since they merged. I have 3 doctors that I feel comfortable with but not sure about the others. I don't feel you get enough time with the doctor and you can't figured out anything in 15 minutes.

It was probably my fault, but I parked, I didn't use the valet, so I had to walk quite a ways, and then I had to walk a long ways to get to the elevators, and I would use a cart. I see there's a cart I could request. So that was my fault, but that was my reason I did an eight. So thank you very much. Bye.

I had a prescription that was supposed to be filled that Tuesday and they sent back some information they needed on Tuesday. I called on Wednesday and Thursday and nothing has been done. My prescription is still hanging out there and it's all what is going on down there.

Dr. Mali is an excellent physician and very caring individual. I will forever be grateful to her for her expertise in finding the correct medication I needed for my severe constipation and pelvic floor spasm problems. Thanks to Dr. Mali, I have been living a normal life again. No severe pain, no need to see a physical therapist for needed pelvic floor release assistance or worries about feeling too ill to attend functions with family and friends. Thank you, again, Dr. Mali!

Dr. Mali is excellent in both listening and explaining!

When I said I was not impressed with my hernia surgery, I meant my inguinal hernia surgery. I was very impressed with Dr. Mali's work on my hiatal hernia.

Everyone in the department (check in staff, nurse, provider and check out staff) was super friendly and helpful.

Dr. Mali is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She listens to my concerns and knows how to address them.
