Excellent customer service.

Your waiting area is in serious need of a redo, more seating and more space. Most people were standing becuase there was no seating. I had to fill out my questionnaire standing, not a problem for me but could be for someone else. The service is great but this is glaring detractor.

Olivia was professional but also warm and caring! She understood my concerns and gave thoughtful feedback with knowledge and experience in explaining my situation!!

I think that there is a little to much notification about upcoming appointments. I would prefer to have fewer notifications. I will look at way of reducing notifications.

The staff in ear, nose and throat went above and beyond to address my unique situation. I was very, very pleased with the care and attention paid to my needs. They are ALL to be commended for excellent service and care!!

Yes, I had a very worthwhile experience at my doctor's appointment with Olivia. Olivia was an excellent health provider. She was very professional and she was very medically knowledgeable. She was thorough and very caring. She was friendly and patient-oriented. Olivia attends extremely well to all of my issued issues. She attended extremely well to all of my issues. And she was very proactive and gave me a worthwhile hearing test. So I extremely do trust her with my health care and I thank her wholeheartedly for being so attentive and thorough. She's an excellent health provider and Gundersen is very fortunate to have her on staff.

Dislike on line check in. On review wanted to change a response but had to go way back in the process.

Check In Clerk was very personable and the Provider did a wonderful job of explaining what was happening during the testing procedure. In addition, the Provider listened to my concerns and expectations while offering me a reasonable course of action going forward.

Thoroughly enjoyed my appt with Dr. Adamson. She was very professional, carefully listened to my concerns and discussed all my issues. She made suggestions for future care and I felt very comfortable in her care.

I thought the checkin person could have been more friendlier. And as it is an audiology appointment, I thought they were quite soft spoken and did not seem to understand that perhaps some people visiting may be hard of hearing.

Provider was very helpful and explained everything so I understood it. I got the information I needed.

I had called to see if I could get an earlier appointment as my hearing aides had totally quit working. They were able to get me in a week earlier and then later in the day called that they had a cancellation for the next day and I could take that. Worked out perfectly for me.

PLs didn't look up or acknowledge for some time.

Some of my doctors are fantastic and I couldn't be happier with them. Extremely disappointed in the new Phantom charges from emplify and the strategy to have as many visits as possible before you even see a doctor and charge you high and hard for them. Also not happy with the red team Blue Team Green Team approach to health care. It's about a relationship with a doctor absolutely not about a relationship with a corporation or entity. I'm sure no human is reading this.
