My visit was a lot better than last time. The doctors assistant was very nice, she explained and showed me how to clean my hearing aids and gave me the tools so i could clean them myself, plus she also cleaned them. She was aussume. This wasn't the case last time. I also told the doctor how I liked and was impressed by her assistant. My doctor was also was very knowledgeable and worked with my hearing aids to soften all back ground noise. I would to see them both on my next visit a year from now.

I was very pleased with my visit with Olivia. She was reassuring and I will plan to see her in the future.

Olivia and her team did a great job. The only thing that was lacking was when I left I wasn't able to schedule my next appointment due to only one person at the check in/out desk and at least a dozen people waiting to check in or out. I just need to go onto MyChart to schedule my appointment.

Quality care

Dr Adamson had a extern with her whom she promptly introduced which I appreciated. She wanted to be sure any questions or concerned were answered and has excellent 'bedside manner'.

Excellent customer service.

Your waiting area is in serious need of a redo, more seating and more space. Most people were standing becuase there was no seating. I had to fill out my questionnaire standing, not a problem for me but could be for someone else. The service is great but this is glaring detractor.

Olivia was professional but also warm and caring! She understood my concerns and gave thoughtful feedback with knowledge and experience in explaining my situation!!

Loved using the valet service

I think that there is a little to much notification about upcoming appointments. I would prefer to have fewer notifications. I will look at way of reducing notifications.

The staff in ear, nose and throat went above and beyond to address my unique situation. I was very, very pleased with the care and attention paid to my needs. They are ALL to be commended for excellent service and care!!

Yes, I had a very worthwhile experience at my doctor's appointment with Olivia. Olivia was an excellent health provider. She was very professional and she was very medically knowledgeable. She was thorough and very caring. She was friendly and patient-oriented. Olivia attends extremely well to all of my issued issues. She attended extremely well to all of my issues. And she was very proactive and gave me a worthwhile hearing test. So I extremely do trust her with my health care and I thank her wholeheartedly for being so attentive and thorough. She's an excellent health provider and Gundersen is very fortunate to have her on staff.

Dislike on line check in. On review wanted to change a response but had to go way back in the process.

Check In Clerk was very personable and the Provider did a wonderful job of explaining what was happening during the testing procedure. In addition, the Provider listened to my concerns and expectations while offering me a reasonable course of action going forward.
