Nina was exceptional in explaining things and also down to earth realizing that the tests are very expensive yet wanted to make sure everything was all looked into.

Nina was so good at explaining what was in store for us as we start my IVIG infusions, she answered every question and made sure we understood the process. She took care of financial and scheduling concerns. We are very pleased and fortunate to have her on our team!!

Gundersen Health System here in La Crosse is Not like it used to be. You were always greeted with a smile but now that Gundersen Health System is under a new CEO things are far more different. Staff doesn't smile like they used to and I as a patient do not feel as welcome as I used to. Abd it would be nice if Staff would stop parking in Patient Parking and Park in Employee Parking because every single time I come to Gundersen here in La Crosse it's hard to find Parking especially when Staff is parking in patient parking. Especially when the patient is physically disabled or someone is Elderly and cannot find a parking spot because you have staff already taking up space in Patient Parking. It would be great if Gundersen Health System here in La Crosse would Enforce Rules for All Staff To Not Park In Patient Parking. Thank you

Just that the staff there are all great to go to for my medical needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. As far as I'm concerned I have the best care a person can get.

Nina was very personable and intelligent. She seemed to know my medical history and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I felt comfortable talking to her and am happy to come back and see her. She seems to really appreciate and understand her patients. I would recommend to anyone.

The medical assistant was rushed and not friendly. She barely looked at us. She did not go through my med list. I was asked if I had any changes. The last time I had my med list was about a week before this appointment. We waited for Nina for about 20 minutes after the medical assistant left us. When she arrived she was her usual friendly, polite and professional self.

With multiple visits coming up over the next week, I find it irritating to have the same forms pop up on the echeck in for a visit in each of the departments. If its the same form, having it checked once should be sufficient.
