Nichole Steffens has a sound knowledge on respiratory illness and was glad I could get an appointment with her. She treated me very through and answered ally questions.

Nichole was great with our little guy. Made sure he was comfortable when he wasn't feeling great, and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns

I am very frustrated with Gundersen La Crosse right now. It was great to receive the care that Gundersen is known for. VERY concerned about the lack of quality and concern from LaCrosse. If it wasn't for the great care I get in West Union and Decorah, I would transfer to Mayo. Staff turnover and shortages are impacting your service.

I'm so thankful for our rural hospital and the ability to be seen in a timely manner!

I had a very good experience with the person, Nicole Steffens, that was there at Gunderson at Palmer. And I would highly recommend her. And I would recommend my whole experience. The one negative I've had is dealing with the technology on my chart. And I've had really a hard time with that. So it doesn't really, that doesn't have anything to do with with the experience I had at the clinic. That was top-notch.

I was so impressed with the care I received. Everyone was so nice and professional. Nichole assessed my issue, created a game plan and was able to treat me and send me on my way.

I really appreciated getting an appointment as soon as I needed it. I'm thankful that the West Union clinic has so improved its ability to see patients near appointment times and the kinder and professional attitude of the receptionists. They have certainly evolved in a good way. Thanks to all who were responsible. (There was a time when there was a sharp difference between the clinics, but now I feel like I can go to any of them. ?) ?

Nichole was attentive, listened to my concerns and provided information I understood. Her recommended follow up with the gynecological team was followed and the LaCrosse team was able to check West Union's test results as we spoke.

I really like Nichole! She is very concerned, explains everything, asks questions, let's you ask questions, she doesn't rush you out. Since it seems I am never able to get my primary provider, I can get Nicole and am very, very happy and satisfied with her.
