I am very pleased at the Emplify portal, as it allowed Nicole to review my recent knee replacement surgery status and she could assure me her Rx would not interfere with any of the numerous post-op meds I had to take already. Many thanks! She was terrific, and patient with my concerns.

Nichole was super sweet, listened well, and was able to cross reference my medical history back home to ensure my issue was taken care of properly. To save a trip back she even gave me over the counter options based off how my test results came back. Thank you for getting me in and treating me like one of your patients even though I was here from out of town.

I am very frustrated with Gundersen La Crosse right now. It was great to receive the care that Gundersen is known for. VERY concerned about the lack of quality and concern from LaCrosse. If it wasn't for the great care I get in West Union and Decorah, I would transfer to Mayo. Staff turnover and shortages are impacting your service.
